Game Rules

Game Duration: This SweatBet game is a 4-weeks long with a program designed for SweatBet. You must complete the specified workouts during every week of the game in order to win.

Weekly Cutoff: To have your workouts counted toward your weekly goals, all players must upload their time-lapse videos to the secret SweatBet Facebook group or e-mail the video each day that they complete a goal, and all goals must be completed and uploaded by end of day on Sunday of each week. Please keep in mind that only one video submitted each day will be accepted.

Workout Verification: After you upload your time-lapse video to the Facebook page or email it directly to us at sweatbet@waybetter.com, we’ll validate that the challenge has been completed. If there are any issues with your video, we’ll contact you as soon as possible. If your account is flagged for suspicious workout activity, you may be required to re-submit your video in real-time or redo the exercise completely.

Weekly Goals: Each week, you must do the workouts specified by your game’s workout calendar. The number of workouts per week will vary from game to game, but all players within the same game will do the same workouts. You can do them in any order you like, but only one workout per day counts and you must complete and upload all of the week’s workouts by end of day on Sunday of each week. Exercise challenges may have a modified version or option for people who have difficulty performing certain exercises.

Winning: Hit your weekly goals during every week, and you’re a winner! Weeks can’t be made up. If you are disqualified, you are welcome to continue to play along but are ineligible for a payout.

Payouts: Winners will be notified and winnings will be disbursed via PayPal within 2 weeks of the end of the game. You cannot have your winnings credited back to a credit card. In rare cases where a player requires a paper check, we charge a $5 fee to cover the cost of writing and mailing the check within the United States regardless of the payout amount.

Bet Payment: The $30 bet for SweatBet must be paid up-front via PayPal. Once you sign up, you'll receive a PayPal invoice to set up the payment.

Refunds: You may get a full refund up to the game start date or within 3 days of purchase, whichever is later. After the refund period has closed, exceptions may be made for players who must exit the game for medical reasons. In these instances, documentation must be provided to SweatBet for verification purposes. No refunds will be made after the game ends.

Disputes: All decisions by SweatBet Referees shall be considered final.

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to participate in SweatBet.
